About Daisy Lodge
Daisy Lodge is a therapeutic short-break centre designed for families across the island of Ireland who are facing childhood cancer.
When a child is diagnosed, life changes overnight. Families are suddenly navigating hospital visits, treatment schedules, emotional strain and long periods away from home. In the middle of all of that, time together as a family becomes incredibly rare.
Daisy Lodge exists to give those families something they desperately need: Space to breathe, rest and reconnect.
The centre offers fully funded short breaks where families can step away from the medical world for a few days and spend quality time together in a safe and supportive environment.
Daisy Lodge Mayo
A second Daisy Lodge is currently being built on the beautiful shores of Lough Corrib near Cong, Co. Mayo, and is expected to open in Spring 2027.
This purpose-built facility will allow even more families across Ireland to benefit from therapeutic breaks and emotional support provided by Cancer Support Specialists.
Surrounded by nature, calm and quiet, the centre will provide a place where families can simply be together again, away from hospital rooms, treatment schedules and the pressures of illness.

Why We Are Rowing
The Daisy Voyage exists to support the creation of Daisy Lodge Mayo.
By rowing 3,000 miles across the Atlantic Ocean, we hope to raise vital funds and awareness for the centre and the families it will support.
This challenge isn’t just about crossing an ocean. It’s about helping create a place where families facing the hardest moments of their lives can find rest, support and precious time together.
If our journey helps bring that reality closer for even one family, every mile will be worth it.
